The New Zealand Project by Max Harris was launched in Wellington on Tuesday 11 April. Over 250 people packed the lecture theatre at the Royal Society of New Zealand to hear Max speak in conversation with Māmari Stephens about his new book, and to celebrate afterwards with wine and nibbles.
Max will be continuing his series of talks in May. He will be touring the lower South Island, speaking at Dunedin, Timaru and Christchurch, and also speaking in Wellington and giving the Michael King Lecture at the Auckland Writers' Festival. For details of these events, see the events section of this website or visit the BWB Facebook page.
